Repertory for this years classes
Some excerpts will be printed in the tour book you will receive at camp. Many are in the Stadio book and many can be looked up on line. All Solo material, Ensemble Material, and Etudes must be brought to camp. As TD Ellis at The Music Source for many of these works.
- Beethoven – Violin Concerto – Stadio pg. 39-40, Britten – Young Person’s Guide
- Schubert – Octet – Stadio pg. 90, Orff – Carmina Burana, Donizetti – L’Elisir d’Amore – Stadio pg. 89

- Hindemith – Herodiade, Strauss – Death and Transfiguration
- Cherubini – Aria from Medea, Mendelssohn – Scotch Symphony
Mozart Bassoon Concerto.
Milde Etudes. Numbers #5, #9 and #15
As for excerpts, any excerpts people would wish to play are fine by me. Perhaps even excerpts covered by others would be interesting to do so that people can hear about our different interpretations.
THE Problem here… I can only print snippets of some of these excerpts in the tour book for you all… but there just happens to be some links listed. I don’t know what you do with your own computers and printers… As always Solo and Etude books are on your own. The Music Source = Ask TD for stuff.
